Cris "Cyborg" Justino is one of the most talked about female MMA fighters in the industry today, even more so since she transitioned from leading lady at Invicta to headliner in the UFC.
Now, ahead of her first UFC main event, Cyborg is taking fans behind the scenes for a look at what it's really like to prepare for a fight, cut weight, train and complete a UFC appearance.
The web series is akin to the popular UFC Embedded show, but will follow only her, and cover more ground.
The first episode is set to air on Sept. 19, and will publish a new episode Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday following.
In addition to the episodes, there will be the release of the highly anticipated documentary on Tuesday, Sept. 20, which followed Cyborg through her UFC debut at UFC 198 in Curitiba, Brazil in May. The episodes and documentary will be aired on her official Facebook page at 7 pm Pacific time.
Cyborg will be facing Lina Lansberg at UFC Fight Night 95 in Brasilia, Brazil this Saturday Sept. 24. This will be Cyborg's first UFC main event bout. The pair are fighting at a catchweight of 140 pounds.
