While most MMA promotions are flocking to New York, Bellator is setting themselves apart by traveling to Tel Aviv for the first ever major MMA event in Israel.

The bout is set for Friday November 11, the day before the UFC's historic New York fight card.

The fights will air on Spike and are headlined by a welterweight world title fight between champ Andrey Koreshkov (19-1) and Douglas Lima (27-6). Koreshkov will be making his second title defense, this time against the man he obtained the belt from over a year ago.

The co-main features Noad Lahat (9-2), an Israeli army veteran who will be making his Bellator debut when he faces Scott Cleve (15-5).

Lahat is a UFC veteran and was a soldier in the Israeli Defense Forces.

According to Bellator, they have joined with the EGO and EGO TOTAL channels, which have aired Bellator events in Israel since 2012.
