Bec Rawlings knows how to keep it real.

Whether she's inside of the Octagon or on the mic, she's not about to pull any punches. In an exclusive interview with Champions, Rawlings discussed playing "the villain" at UFC on FOX 21 against Paige VanZant.

"I think the villain role just kind of comes hand in hand with me," Rawlings said. "I speak my mind. I'm not always the 'perfect little princess' that some of the girls are on camera. I keep it real."

"It's no secret, I am fighting, like, America's sweetheart," she added. "She's just come off 'Dancing With the Stars' and I hope she's ready to dance with the devil."

While it doesn't bother her, Rawlings did state that she feels like the UFC is giving VanZant special treatment.

"Rose [Namajunas] gave her a whooping, and she's still kind of getting marketed and pushed," Rawlings said. "I guess she needs to take two whoopings to bring it down a notch."

Page VanZant's last appearance in the Octagon was a fifth round submission defeat to Rose Namajunas in December 2015.

"I am chasing that gold like the rest of us are in this division," Rawlings said. "I just want to fight. I am a girl always looking for a fight."
