Julianna Pena is confident she will get her title shot someday, and won't give up trying.

"They can delay me, but they can't deny me," she said to TMZ this week.

Pena says that she'll gladly face current bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes, but only if she can't fight Ronda Rousey (who she doubts will ever return to the UFC).

"No one cares about [her] and her fat arms anymore," she said. "She's like the emperor in no clothes, she's broken a little bit."

Ouch.

Rousey hasn't been seen in the Octagon in nearly a year, not since her loss to Holly Holm, the first defeat of Rousey's career. Many, including Pena doubt she will ever return.

"I'll believe it when I see it," Pena stated.

Pena faced Cat Zingano at UFC 200 last month where she claimed a unanimous decision victory.
