Dave Bautista sure is a busy man. After retiring from the WWE, he's gone on to build a very successful acting career, starring in movies like Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy and the latest James Bond.
He's not ready to slow down yet though, and has packed his schedule with a ton of upcoming projects. On his radar is a remake of Kickboxer (which already has a sequel in production), Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, the new Blade Runner, and now, he's re-teaming with director Scott Mann for a movie called Final Score.
The film centers around a sports stadium that is taken hostage by heavily armed criminals, who hold the 35,000 people in attendance for ransom. A former soldier is called back into action to rescue the audience, including the daughter of one of his fallen comrades.
Bautista previously worked with Mann on a movie called Heist, which also starred former MMA fighter Gina Carano.
In addition to Bautista, Final Score will star Pierce Brosnan and Julian Cheung. It's heading into production early next month in the UK's Upton Park Stadium, aiming for a 2017 release date.
