When she's in the cage, she throws fire. And we also understand that Joanna Jedrzejczyk is quite the baller on the basketball court.
But today, "JJ Champion" tried her hands at baseball.
As part of the UFC's promotional tour in Chicago ahead of the UFC on FOX card this Saturday, the company's public relations staff set up Jedrzejczyk to throw out the first pitch at a Chicago White Sox game. We're not saying she's a major leaguer, but with enough practice, imagine how much heat she could really throw with her speed and strength. Just saying.
Check out the footage below of JJ throwing the first pitch.
OK, enough baseball.
JJ was last seen in the Octagon putting the hurt on Claudia Gadelha at the TUF Finale a couple weeks ago. And when she did it, she made sure she did so with a gangster lean.
Jedrzejczyk isn't currently scheduled to return to the Octagon, but you can bet that the next time she's there she'll put on a show like she's done in every fight she's ever had in the UFC. Maybe New York and UFC 205?
