Holly Holm, who trains with Jon Jones at Jackson-Wink in Albuquerque, New Mexico says that she is sticking by her teammate through his troubles with USADA.
"We stick together as a team, we stand by each other," Holm said during a media lunch.
Jones was recently flagged by USADA for a potential doping violation and was removed from his title fight at UFC 200. He's since been temporarily suspended.
"I want the best for Jon, he has been very supportive," she said. "I know how genuinely he cares to do well, and wants to be well."
Holm is preparing to face Valentina Shevchenko this weekend in Chicago and says she was on a run in Las Vegas when the news of the failed test broke.
"People were texting me," she said. "But I didn't watch."
She is making her return to the octagon for the first time since losing the title that she won by knocking out Ronda Rousey.
