Most MMA fans have at least heard of Cris Cyborg, or at the very least heard of her dominance. But there's a lot of things the casual fans (and hardcore) might not know about the "baddest woman on the planet."

She has a dog named after Fedor Emelianenko

Cyborg's favorite fighter is Fedor Emelianenko, and she honored him by naming her dog Fedor.

Fedor (the dog, not the fighter) is a yellow lab who goes with Cybrog everywhere. He's even made appearances at the gym!

Fedor recently went through his own training and learned dog obedience.

She is incredibly close with her niece Gabby

Calling them close is probably an understatement. They are insperable. Gabby lives in Brazil with her father (Cyborg's brother) but she travels to the United States often and Cyborg includes her in everything she does.

The bond between the two is special and evident to anyone who sees them together. She even made an appearance on Cyborg's UFC Embedded episode.

And do you remember the running man video? That's Gabby!

She hasn't lost a fight in over 10 years

Cyborg lost her MMA debut, and then never lost again. She has an incredible 16-1 record, including her UFC debut last May. Of her 15 wins, nine have come by first-round finish. She also holds the title for Invicta FC and is a former Strikeforce champion.

She is considered by many to be the toughest female MMA fighter ever.

She had a scholarship for handball

Cyborg was a national-level team handball player in Brazil before discovering Chute Boxe. She jokes that she switched to MMA after realizing there were no "red cards."

In case you aren't aware, red cards are given in handball when an athlete is roughing up another athlete. That sounds like Cyborg all right.

She is a propenent for anti-bullying and multiple charities

Cyborg is a huge advocate for the anti-bullying campaign and even started her own organization called Pink Belt Fitness. It's a weekend retreat for women only to learn self-defense, self-esteem and sisterhood.

What's unique about this is that Cyborg bonds with these women and continues the friendship even after the retreat is over. Often times you can see her "pink belt girl" sitting cage side at her fights.

She even invited the girls from past retreats to train along side her when she was preparing for her UFC debut. Cyborg says that the girls inspire her as much as she inspires them.

The support from someone of her status is rare and genuine. She is often misunderstood as mean or harsh because of her persona in the cage, but the real Cyborg is one of the nicest people around.

She also donates blood, visits cancer patients in the hospital and runs toy drives every Christmas.

She won a fight on her birthday last year

Cyborg won't let anything keep her from the cage. Even her birthday.

Late last year she fought Faith Van Duin on her birthday and won, of course. She finished Van Duin in just 45 seconds. Me thinks she wanted at that birthday cake?

She is dating Ray Elbe, and they are ridiculously cute together

Elbe is a former Ultimate Fighter Season 9 competitor with 23 MMA wins under his belt. He's a four-time MMA champion and BJJ black belt who won a silver medal at the 2012 IBJJF No-Gi World Championships.

I want to vomit from cuteness overload every time they are together. Like the time they made goofy faces together:

Or when he brought her flowers to a date night:

Or when she kissed him right after winning her Invicta title fight:

Or when she got cold, so he gave her his jacket:
