Jon Jones is amping up for his title fight at UFC 200 next month, but he's also reflecting on a lot, including to what he most attributes his undefeated record.

"I know that I can be beat," Jones said. "I think that's why I haven't been beat. Some of these guys really believe their hype."

He went on to use Ronda Rousey as an example of how thinking you are unbeatable could lead to you losing.

"Once I realized that maybe she was starting to believe it herself," he said, "I knew she was in a dangerous spot."

Jones also brought up Conor McGregor, calling him foolish for thinking he could beat anyone at any weight class.

"When you believe the hype to that level, that's when you are in danger," he said.

Jones reiterated the fact that he knows he can lose, but has enough confidence to believe he won't.

"I owe not losing, to losing," he said.

Jones will face Daniel Cormier at UFC 200 in July in order to unify the light heavyweight title.
