The term never take your work home with you doesn't apply to Luke Rockhold. The UFC middleweight champion is set to make his first title defence this weekend at UFC 199 against British MMA veteran Michael Bisping.

Coming off a massive win over former champ Chris Weidman, the pair were set to face off once again in an immediate rematch for the title this weekend at The Forum in Inglewood, California. Sadly for Weidman and fans alike, the 'All-American' had to pull out of the fight due to injury.

Step forward Michael Bisping. Since his loss at the hands of Rockhold at UFC Fight Night 55, 'The Count' has seen a resurgence in his career with three straight wins in a row, including a split decision against MMA legend Anderson Silva.

Winning the middleweight belt at the ripe old age of 37, after beating who many see as the greatest of all time Anderson Silva, would be an astonishing achievement for Michael Bisping. Oh, and did we mention he's coming into this fight off two weeks preparation?

Of course, he's going to have to go through a formidable opponent in Luke Rockhold... Check out the champ sparring in his home ahead of his first title defence below!
