UFC President Dana White is dropping bombs all over the place today, first the Ronda Rousey news and now this.

According to White, who spoke to The Herd on FOX Sports 1 on Thursday, the window to book a fight with Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz closing, and this match-up might not happen.

"We’re going to get to a point here where we’re going to run out of time and just not going to be able to make the fight," White told Colin Cowherd, the show's host. "Conor’s either going to have to pick a new opponent that he would like to fight or lose that date."

The date in question is in August at UFC 202. The pair were meant to square off for a second time at UFC 200, but some issues arose with McGregor and him not wanting to attend a press conference so the fight was cancelled.

"Conor McGregor has never … come back and tried to renegotiate a contract,” White said. "Conor doesn’t show up for [the press conference for UFC] 200 and Nate’s trying to blow up the deal. It’s frustrating."

Um, I feel your pain, Mr. White, but perhaps this all could have been avoided if you let him skip the press conference? But I don't know anything ... I'm just a fan.

"We’ve been going back and forth and trying to make this fight happen, but the problem is timing," he said.

They have been going back and forth, with White flying to Beverly Hills for a meeting with McGregor, then to Stockton for a meeting with Diaz. And no fight contract was signed.

I think the only thing benefiting from this fiasco is White's frequent flyer miles!
