Although Luke Rockhold and Michael Bisping were separated during their open workouts today, it didn't stop the shots from getting fired.

Both fighters, along with Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber, showcased their skills by working out with their coaches for the fans enjoyment. Each fighter had approximately 20 minutes in the cage.

While Cruz and Faber both attended, it was the main event that drew the most attention.

Bisping arrived on the scene first with his coach, Jason Parillo. Of all the fighters Bisping put on the best show, doing high kicks, fast combinations and fancy footwork.

The crowd seemed into his 'tricks' much more than any of the other three athletes. He appeared to be having fun in the cage, smiling and laughing and thanking the fans profusely for coming. I never heard one word about his opponent.

From the moment that Rockhold entered the cage he was s--t-talking, posturing and joking with the crowd. Of all the fighters he was the most animated and fan-friendly. He even joked with a small child who was heckling him.

After he did a quick shadow boxing warm-up he removed his shirt (much to the cheers of the ladies in the crowd.. and me).
