The most Notorious (see what I did there?) MMA personality of perhaps all time is being super evasive about his return... of course.

In an interview with SportsCenter on Sunday, McGregor was asked if he will ever return to the UFC, and what he says is classic McGregor.

"I am committed to the fight game," he said smiling. "I enjoy competition. I enjoy challenges."

So... the "fight game" would also include boxing, right? Is he teasing that Floyd Mayweather fight or not?

"If a challenge is in front of me, and it appeals to me then I will go and I will conquer it," he said.

Of course the subject of the superfight between the biggest MMA star and the biggest boxing star couldn't be avoided.

"I hear him talking," McGregor said.

He went on to reveal that it was Mayweather who leaked the rumor of the superfight, although they both have been vocal on social media about it.

"He's talking $100 million, and me $7 million. That's laughable," he said. "I thought boxing is where the money is at."

He said that if Mayweather gets $100 million then he does, too. And he won't take a pay cut.

"He's getting old now," he said. "I have the size, I have the reach, I have the height."

McGregor said that Mayweather needs him, and not the other way around.

"If he wants to talk, we can talk," McGregor said. "But it's me who is in control here."

Bottom line is McGregor is not done. We will see him fight again soon, I am confident of that, and I would put my money on a UFC fight being the next step.

"I am very focused on returning, 100 percent," he said.

Where will Conor McGregor's next fight take place?
