Joanna Jedrzejczyk (don't worry I have trouble saying it, too, see below) stepped onto the pro scene just four years ago, but already captured the attention of the entire strawweight division, as well as the world.

Jedrzejczyk made her pro debut at SFT - MMA Fight Night Diva SPA in May of 2012, winning her first pro fight and launching her astonishing career. She has since gone on to win 11 straight bouts, including her five UFC matches.

She captured the strawweight title by defeating Carla Esparza at UFC 185 to become the third European champion in UFC history (Bas Rutten in 1999 and Andrei Arlovski in 2005). She has held the title ever since. She is listed at No. 12 in the UFC pound-for-pound rankings, and is the only woman in the top 15.

Jedrzejczyk is currently acting as one of the coaches for the current season of The Ultimate Fighter and will face fellow coach Claudia Gadelha for a rematch almost two years in the making.

And for good measure....
