Cris Cyborg fans are slightly confused by the events of today, but I think I finally have the answers.

Reports of a match up between Cyborg and Germaine de Randamie for UFC 201 were originally reported by UFC Tonight, but have been denied by Cyborg on Twitter.

I reached out to Cyborg and she has confirmed that she is not fighting de Randamie as reported, but says she'd welcome a fight with her at 145 pounds for the Invicta belt.

Cyborg insists her next fight will be at featherweight where she will defend her Invicta championship title, just as she stated in the Octagon after her UFC debut.

She seems to be upset with the UFC over something, and that appears to be the lack of a 145 division in the UFC. Cyborg tweeted a series of statements in Portuguese which I have (roughly) translated below.

My next fight will be in my weight 145lbs belt defense in Invicta catch weight only c / or Ronda Rousey Miesha Tate.I am the champion 145lbs , UFC does my category , all right! But has not the right to delete my division ....
Not help trying to manipulate my fans , I will be defending my belt in the next fight ! I have proven that I can beat 140lbs did my part.
It was very hard to beat 140lbs , had to train three times a day , and I'm doing a documentary soon will be online for you guys to see.
In all the media I had to do for my last fight I could not take my belt to show that I am champion. I was prohibited.

No matter the match up, Cyborg never fails to put on a stellar performance and has bumped her impressive record up to 16-1.
