Ball is life. But so is pizza.

He's been asked.

Rumors are flying around the internet about Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather fighting in a boxing match some time soon. It's gotten so out of hand at this point that random people are approaching legendary boxing trainer Freddie Roach about training McGregor for the fight.

They asked me about training McGregor this morning … He says ‘Will you train him?’ I said “Just tell him to show up.’”

Even though the fight would have to clear a bunch of legal hurdles because of Conor's contract situation with the UFC, y'all still want to talk about this thing. It ain't happening. But whatever, let's check out Freddie's full interview with FightHubTV below anyway.

You hear that? Freddie said he'd need three years (yup, THREE) to prepare McGregor for a fight the caliber of Mayweather. That should tell you something, folks: McGregor would be in over his head in a boxing fight with Mayweather.

But we're open to healthy debate here, so give us your pick to win the fight in the comment section below.
