Following a hit-and-run incident and a subsequent suspension from the UFC, Jon Jones has spent the better part of 14 months out of the octagon. That doesn't mean he wasn't keeping busy, and in regular social media posts he showed off his workout progress as he attempted to pack on muscle.

It got to the point where Jones was pushing past 230lbs, and many wondered if he was planning to take on the heavyweight division. First though, he'll be returning to his fighting weight of 205lbs in a comeback against Ovince Saint Preux for the interim light heavyweight title.

Ahead of that, Jones has posted a fight week photo, showing off his new, much slimmer physique.

He definitely looks in shape, but wow is that a world of difference from his earlier photos. Here's one for comparison:
