It's being reported by MMAFighting's Ariel Helwani, that the UFC is working hard to add a welterweight title fight at UFC 200 between current title holder, Robbie Lawler, and former champ, Georges St-Pierre.

Helwani took to Twitter to clarify:

According to Helwani, the interim title fight between Jose Aldo and Frankie Edgar was never supposed to be a co-main event. The UFC is still actively seeking pairing to share the spotlight with the Conor McGregor-Nate Diaz rematch.

Suffice to say, a match-up between Robbie Lawler and Georges St-Pierre would definitely be worthy of sharing the spotlight. It has been rumored for months now, that former welterweight champ, Georges St-Pierre would be returning to the octagon sometime this year. What better place to make an entrance than at the historic UFC 200?
