It's a normal part of any UFC media tour to hold open workout sessions where the press and fans can watch some of the athletes train. When you throw a guy like Josh Barnett in there though, things become anything but routine.

At the open workouts for UFC on FOX 18, Barnett used his time to stage an impromptu pro wrestling match, including a mysterious masked challenger, some huge throws, and an epic victory speech.

"The Warmaster" is a top 10 UFC heavyweight with over 40 fights on his MMA record, but he's no stranger to professional wrestling. He wrestled in Japan for a number of years, including a stint for Antonio Inoki's Genome Federation. He also works as a color commentator for NJPW's English-language broadcast.
