Nate Diaz was recently fined by the UFC for what he wore at UFC on Fox 17's weigh-in. He took to Twitter to air out the promotion for its relatively ludicrous rules and even claimed that he doesn't really care about the consequences because he doesn't think he was in the wrong.
Diaz wore jeans to weigh-ins on Dec. 16, which is kind of a trademark for him and his brother Nick. In the tweet, Diaz joked that they were Reebok jeans. Diaz wrote that the UFC "should've just kept the whole check" and he doesn't "need that baby ass sh*t anyway."
The UFC's new deal with Reebok states that you have to wear Reebok attire to all UFC events, and apparently Diaz isn't the only one who thinks that this new rule is dumb.
Daniel "Cowboy" Cerrone is not feeling it either...
At the event, Diaz beat Michael Johnson by unanimous decision and Cerrone fell by first-round TKO in a lightweight title fight against Rafael dos Anjos.
