I thought it was pretty interesting to take a look at which fighters have spent the most time locked inside the Octagon to fight. Not only are these fighters who've had long and sustained careers, but they've also inevitably put up with the most hits and punishment within those eight walls.

I mean, imagine spending more than four hours of your life with your heart racing, mind fully focused on beating another person's ass. It would be brutal.
