Freddie Roach has seen a lot of fighters on their last legs. The longtime coach of Georges St-Pierre doesn't seem to believe that GSP is there yet. He'll be training him in a "test run" of sorts to see if after 6 weeks he'll be comfortable getting back into the ring.

Here's what the legendary Roach had to say... he's been training GSP at Wild Card Gym in Hollywood, CA.

"He's gonna train for a fight. He's gonna have a six-week training camp. And at the end of the six weeks, if he feels like he's ready to fight and he's hungry for it like he always has been, he's gonna do it. He's gonna fight one more time."

That's the right mindset to have, but it can't be underestimated that the 34 year old GSP is very likely to reassess where he's at at the end of this period and seriously consider retirement.

"If he doesn't feel it and he feels like it's just not there, he's gonna let it go and he's gonna retire. I think it's a really good idea. I think it's really, really smart to do that, to see where he's at in his mind."

We'll see if GSP gets himself back in shape and/or if he's capable of fighting again. As Roach said,

"Does he really want to fight again or not? I really look forward to this training camp."
