Woodley is taking on Stephen Thompson in the co-main event, so of course he's not taking any chances with training.

In the most recent episode of "Champ Camp," a web series that follows Woodley through his camp, he is shown sparring with .

The video is set to the sounds of the late Muhammad Ali and is filmed at .

Woodley says he chose to work with Northcutt because he's young and has "new tricks" and has a similar style to his next opponent.

"His takedown defense should be better [than Thompson] and his power should be better," Woodley said.

The video also shows Woodley reflecting over the fact that he will fight in the footsteps of Ali and Joe Frazier.
