In case you missed it, Alexey Oleynik pulled off the first ever Ezekiel choke in history at this weekend's Fight Night card in Phoenix. Since everyone seems to be talking about this rarely seen submission, Ryron and Rener Gracie decided to enlist a special celebrity guest to help go over the move for their popular breakdown series.

Actor turned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast Vince Vaughn crashed the latest episode of "Gracie Breakdown" to serve as a very famous practice dummy for the brothers. The True Detective and Wedding Crashers star recently began training in the martial art himself after signing his daughter up for anti-bullying lessons.

"It's been great. It's been a lot of fun doing it with you guys," Vaughn says of his journey through jiu-jitsu in the video's introduction.

Following a thorough examination of the submission (and likely a few bruises for the famous two-stripe white belt), Vaughn chatted with the Gracie brothers about his experience getting involved with the grappling art, despite being a bit older and more out of shape than the typical BJJ student.

"Mainly for me it's been just the philosophies that you take outside of here too," Vaughn says in the clip. "Getting put in a move a not freaking out, not giving up, and sort of rolling with that, allowing that to happen, worst case scenarios - it's just incredible."
