Vince Vaughn may be a funny guy on the big screen, but he takes his Brazilian jiu-jitsu seriously on the mats.
The 46-year-old actor, who recently started training in the grappling-focused martial art, was spotted at the famed Renzo Gracie Academy in New York City over the weekend working with world-renowned black belt Igor Gracie.
The jiu-jitsu pro posted a photo from their time together on his Instagram account, calling Vaughn an "amazing guy" in the caption.
The former Wedding Crashers and True Detective star earned his white belt under Rener Gracie this past February. Vaughn said in a video post that he's a fan of Rener's breakdown videos, particularly the one's focused on bullying and kids, which is why he wanted to start training along with his daughter.
"I really liked the videos and philosophy with the bullyproof stuff," Vaughn said. "I first came with my daughter starting checking it out and then I wanted to take a class and have fun."
Perhaps we'll get to see some of Vaughn's moves when his next action thriller Brawl in Cell Block 99 hits theaters in the near future.
