Sometimes, the MMA gods bless the world with a joyful ray of light on a seemingly normal, ho-hum afternoon.

UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic is in Zagreb, #Croatia today, and it would be a travesty if he didn't use that time to rekindle his bromance with Pride legend Mirko "#CroCop" Filipović. Of course, Miocic did not disappoint Cro Cop or either of their fans.

Cro Cop's official Facebook account uploaded a magical video for evidence. As Bon Jovi's "It's My Life" plays, he and Miocic shoot hoops on grappling mats for their makeshift basketball court. After light court work, they have a warm-up, then a short roll session. As Miocic chuckles in Cro Cop's full guard while grappling, it becomes evident that a romantic comedy could not have been written better.

If you're not familiar, the friendship between these two fighters goes way back, and even includes other sports.

Born to Croatian parents, Miocic is Cro Cop's unofficial blood brother, and probably wears red and white checkerboard boxer briefs. They have helped each other throughout the years for respective training camps, and have previously battled each other in ping pong.

Catch up on part of their #bromance with this official UFC flashback video to when Miocic trained with Cro Cop for Mark Hunt.
