Ryan Bader, currently a highly sought after free agent, isn't resting between contracts. He's working out, staying in shape and making sure he'll be ready to fight no matter where he lands — back with the UFC or Bellator.

His choice of workouts, however, are a little odd. But hey, it's his off time. Who are we to judge?

Bader isn't exactly known for his witty personality, so it's pretty awesome that he's letting us into the (funny) life we rarely see. I mean, c'mon we all know exactly what he's alluding to right?

Bader is best known for winning The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir, and is currently ranked number four in the UFC light heavyweight rankings.

He last fought at UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo where he defeated Brazilian Antônio Rogério Nogueira via a third round TKO. Prior to that, he defeated Ilir Latifi at UFC Fight Night Hamburg where he won performance of the night for his impressive second round KO.

Bader became a free agent after his UFC contract expired, but has yet to announce if he will re-sign with the promotion that made him famous, or leave for other opportunities.

Opportunities like fighting in Bellator, who are among the many promotions likely hoping to sign Bader, especially since they have former foe, Phil Davis holding the 205 belt. This could be the incentive Bader needs to jump ship. On the flip side, he could potentially stick with the UFC since former champion Jon Jones is out of the picture for the time being.

“For me, we’re in a great spot. Now it’s just really looking at everything, taking everything into account and making an educated decision,” Bader said to Fox Sports. “It’s a perfect time to be a free agent.”

Until the contract is signed, it's back to the workouts.
