Michael Bisping has a lot on his plate these days. Freshly removed from knee surgery, the middleweight champion has been battling a near-constant string of callouts from the basically every middleweight in the top 10, including:
- Yoel Romero, who called into Bisping's radio show to berate him
- Anderson Silva, who asked for a "money fight" rematch with him
- Georges St-Pierre, who is making a deal with the UFC just to fight him, and
- Ronaldo Souza, who told him to "stop running" following his win over Tim Boetsch at UFC 208 last weekend
Having already addressed Romero, Silva, and St-Pierre in the media, Bisping set his sights on "Jacare" in his latest Fighter Blog for Champions, accusing the Brazilian submission artist of being on steroids prior to USADA's partnership with the UFC.
Souza has yet to respond to Bisping's claims as of yet, but one should probably assume that he will not take to such a strong (and unfounded) accusation. In the meantime, I'm curious to see what Nick Diaz would have to say about Bisping's newfound attitude against potential roidheads.
