The heel hook is a beautiful, painful thing. It's also something that you don't see successfully pulled off in professional MMA fights, let alone inside the Octagon. But, former featherweight champion and Tachi Palace Fights bantamweight champ Joe Soto brilliantly made his opponent, Marco Beltrán, tap to the maneuver in the first round at . It's definitely easier to use when you're not covered in sweat (but, let's not let that take anything away from what Soto just did).
