Just when we thought it was all behind us, the scab has been scratched off of our UFC 209 wounds and everything is fresh again. We endured a humongous build-up for the biggest fight the UFC could do until this Summer, then Khabib Nurmagomedov was hospitalized and the fight with Tony Ferguson was off. For the first time on The MMA Hour, Nurmagomedov finally goes in-depth about exactly how bad it was.

We can rebuild him, make him stronger...

So, what in the hell is actually wrong with Nurmagomedov!? Something with his stomach? Does Nurmagomedov have Diverticulitis a.k.a. Brock Lesnar disease? There are so many questions. We need resident professional ponderer Jared Jones to ask 50 questions on this.

Either way, September brings about an interesting predicament to the title picture. In that much time — whether it's for the interim lightweight title or not — the UFC will probably have fight someone else. We're no matchmaker, but Ferguson and Nate Diaz for the interim title sounds like an amazing fight, a way the UFC can give their finger to Khabib, and a perfect way to set up fights with Conro McGregor.
