It's been more than a year since we've seen the woman many considered to be the queen of MMA. Now that she's just hours away from attempting to get her throne back, the PPV and ticket sales numbers are starting to trickle in, and it's proving that fans are still incredibly interested in Ronda Rousey.
For the first time in UFC history, the T-Mobile Area is opening the "standing room only" section for ticket sales because of increasingly high demand.
In addition to the potential record setting ticket sales, the PPV buys are also heading towards a historic number.
2016 is looking to be a wildly successful year for the UFC with a huge payday at UFC 205, and now UFC 207. If UFC 207 was hoping to beat the record set by Conor McGregor's UFC 205, it would need to be ordered somewhere north of 1.5 million times. (h/t BJ Penn)
No matter the actual numbers, this is proof that Ronda Rousey is still an incredible draw, and her lack of media appearances didn't hurt the sell of the fight.
