As MMA fans, we know emotions can run high when we watch our favorite fighters do battle inside the Octagon. We yell, scream, and maybe even punch walls like Andy Bernard. It's all part of the rollercoaster ride of MMA fandom. Now, take those emotions and put some of your closest friends and teammates inside the cage as they either have the performance of their lives, or get destroyed in 48 seconds. It's the Thrill and the Agony. Good title, UFC.

You're probably here to watch Ronda Rousey's coach, Edmond Tarverdyan, lose his mind as Ronda falls to Amanda Nunes, but the real emotions come from Cody Garbrandt, who tears up as his young friend and cancer survivor Maddux Maple joins him in the locker room. Somehow, there's an even more touching moment (at least to me), when Urijah Faber and Cody Garbrandt wipe away tears of joy in a touching moment post-fight.

What a sport.
