Every now and again, the UFC pulls off something that amazes you because it is so perfect. Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone fighting Robbie Lawler at was one of those times. Every fight fan was absolutely gutted when it was pulled out from under us. Not even Cowboy's wakeboarding antics could cheer us up. Now, the MMA Gods will shine upon us all. Just as we pleaded in early March, the fight is back on for UFC 213 in July.

The announcement of this smorgasbord of violence, only echoes the sentiment contained in the aforementioned article, in which we begged for this fight to happen again.

Let's get down to brass tacks, shall we? As much as we may like them to, rankings don't matter, sometimes a loss doesn't matter, maybe even belts don't matter. The only thing that really matters, is awesome fights.

It's true. It's damn true. This is a fight between two elite welterweights, both coming off knockout losses, where one may very well be knocked out again. However, it probably won't hurt or 's standing in the company one, single, bit. Not only that, but no matter is Alistair Overeem and Fabricio Werdum are booked for UFC 213 or not, this fight makes it an automatic purchase.
