Frankie Edgar is a former UFC lightweight champion and a current featherweight contender. He's been eyeing Conor McGregor for the last few years. He wants what Conor has, and now they're fighting in NYC together. Despite losing to Jose Aldo for the interim featherweight title at UFC 200, Frankie still wants a McGregor fight, and will give up a lot to have it.

"I'll give up 30 pounds if I have to, 40 pounds [to fight McGregor]. I'm down for that," he said during the UFC 205 Media day.

Right now McGregor is flip flopping from fighting at 170 pounds, 155 pounds and his championship division — 145 pounds. He is currently fighting at lightweight in hopes of taking the belt from #EddieAlvarez and becoming the first ever champion of two weight divisions at the same time.

"It seems like now that the possibility of us not fighting, now he wants to talk about me," he said. "But when we could have fought, he never wanted to talk about it. I think that's kind of funny."

Edgar will face Jeremy Stephens at UFC 205 on Saturday in hopes of working his way back to a chance at a title fight, with or without #ConorMcGregor in the picture.
