The final #UFC205 media appearances of the bickering Conor McGregor and Eddie Alvarez are trickling in now, and they are maintaining their entertainment value at a steady 9 out of 10. Maybe 9.5 out of 10. It fluctuates.
It's clear that Conor McGregor has gone full heel, or maybe full Ric Flair, which was kind of a heel you loved to hate, and also admire. The Irishman's swagger is undeniable, and he's expertly getting under the skin of his opponents.
He's also able to get under the clothes of his opponents to check out who made their suit. But to Eddie Alvarez, having a cheaper suit than Conor means nothing, because at least he bought it, unlike, potentially, Conor McGregor who had the tags on his mink coat.
Conor's response: "It cost more than your show money, Eddie." To which Eddie expertly replied, "Then take the tags off." Conor kept quiet after that.
Woof. Who woulda thought that UFC 205 would've turned into a debate about fashion choices? But then, when it comes to Conor McGregor, anything is possible. Even a game of who wore it better.
