This is it. We're done with the festivities and all that's left is a fight. All of the posturing, all of the words, smack talk, threats and potential chairshots are in the past. Eddie Alvarez and Conor McGregor are on weight, and they've inhaled deeply, and gone face to face.
Things didn't start out quite so calmly. Both men had to be separated by a visibly concerned Dana White, but McGregor's taunts turned into a request: "let's do this, let's go face to face." Alvarez obliged and the two men, the two champions stood inches apart.
It was the calm before the storm. Then they spoke.
Then the Irish fans lost their mind.
Boos rained down.
