Conor McGregor made his long-awaited #UFC205 announcement -- and it wasn't quite of the magnitude that everyone expected. But, it was sassy, just like what we have come to expect from the now featherweight and lightweight champion.

"I have ridiculed everyone on the roster," McGregor said. "I just want to say from the bottom of my heart. I just want to take this chance to apologize, to absolutely nobody. The double champ does what the f-ck he wants."

Should we have expected anything less from "The Notorious" one?

McGregor headlined the biggest show in the history of the UFC, in the main event of the promotion's debut card at Madison Square Garden.

Many wondered if #ConorMcGregor would announce his retirement after the fight, but it turns out that McGregor doesn't have plans to go anywhere. Although there was a delay before UFC President gave McGregor the lightweight belt, McGregor eventually took both belts and strapped them around each shoulder.

It's unclear what is next. Will McGregor drop back to featherweight and defend his title or stay in the lightweight division? He feuded with Tyron Woodley through Twitter leading up to UFC 205, so it is possible that he might try to move up to welterweight to challenge for that championship.

For tonight though, McGregor is the king of New York City.
