Tyron Woodley is out there, looking for a fight, even though all signs point to a Wonderboy rematch. Now, T-Wood's latest and greatest callout is not only a money fight, but a money fight that coincides with a potential hardcore fan tentpole — UFC 209.

Yes, Woodley wants the newly un-suspended Nick Diaz at UFC 209.

As exciting as this is for fans of the elder Diaz, if the assumed welterweight championship bout happens, would be giving a title shot to a guy who hasn't won a fight since 2011. That sounds worse than it is (in a way).

lost a close fight (That many believe he won! Diaz 1,2,5!) to Carlos Condit for the interim welterweight title at UFC 143, then lost a unanimous decision to at UFC 158. He fought Anderson Silva at UFC 183 in one of the weirdest main events in any combat sport ever, popped for marijuana metabolites, was suspended for 18 months and now we're here. Diaz has been cleared to fight by the NSAC, and the callouts will start heating up and title shots will likely be granted.

Eff it. This is the WME/IMG era, where entertainment rules and rankings drool. It's like, whatever. Nick is ready.
