The world of pro wrestling is pretty conflicted over how to react to LaVar Ball’s controversial appearance on Monday Night RAW this week.

While some fans were impressed by his in the ring antics, others were put off by his son’s unscripted profanities during the broadcast. One person who enjoyed Ball’s inclusion is none other than hip-hop star Wale, who attended that evening’s event.

TMZ Sports recently caught up with the rapper, who praised Ball for throwing his hat into the .

“He f—king killed it,” Wale told TMZ. “I was right there.”

Although Wale doesn’t think Ball could be a full-time pro wrestler, he does believe that the retired basketball and football star is “good” at what he does and knows what he’s doing.

“He’s doing a good job at what he does,” Wale said.
