Legacy Fighting Alliance has been a hot bed for highlights ever since they started up only seven cards ago. They've given us stanky-leg knockouts, hematoma elbows, and weird grapevine locks. Tonight at LFA 7, we got a lesson in the Good Idea/Bad Idea of MMA kicking from Nikolay Veretennikov and Clovis Hancock.

Boom goes the dynamite! There is a lesson to be learned here, folks. Sometimes, it's best to cut all the B.S. and go with the straightforward, tried-and-true method of headkickin'. After all, the shortest distance between point A and point B is a straight line, not a looping, hand-touch curve thingy. That isn't to say there isn't a time and place for that, but let's leave that to the real life video game MMA fighters out there.
