In the world of mixed martial arts, every knockout is truly its own, unique, unconsciousness-inducing snowflake. From time to time, however, we are gifted a KO that truly defies the odds, our expectations, or even the common laws of physics. That's what the 'Insane KO of the Day' is all about.

Today's KO: When Keeping It Real(ly Arrogant) Goes Wrong

Confidence is a necessary part of the fight game; why would you voluntarily agree to fight a trained assassin if you didn't think you could win, after all? Overconfidence, however, is the one true killer. Don't believe me? Just ask the fighter we saw get torched in the midst of a showboating routine straight out of a Michael Jackson music video last week, and then maybe smack yourself in the face for daring to question my omnipotence, you sullied fools.

In MMA, there is no act of more brazen arrogance and stupidity than dropping your hands and daring your opponent to punch you. Though this fight dates all the way back to 2012, I still haven't the slightest idea what this fellow's name is, which probably says a lot more about the direction in which his MMA career went than anything else. So rather than bore you with more words, let's all just watch this nameless sap get KTFO in what might be the most satisfying MMA fight ever captured on camera.
