Former bantamweight champion, Miesha Tate will face Raquel Pennington at UFC 205.

The UFC announced the bout alongside the confirmation of the title fight between Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Karolina Kowalkiewicz.

Tate acquired the bantamweight title after submitting Holly Holm via a rear-naked choke at UFC 196, but would go on to lose the belt in her very next fight to Amanda Nunes at UFC 200. No woman has been able defend the bantamweight title since Ronda Rousey lost it last year.

Pennington is on a three fight win streak, with her most recent victory coming at UFC 202 where she defeated Elizabeth Phillips via unanimous decision.

UFC 205 is set for Nov. 12 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
