Michael Bisping has big career plans for 2017.

Not only is the UFC middleweight champion scheduled to welcome Georges St-Pierre back to the Octagon, but the outspoken British star is also set to add a few more roles to his acting resume. Bisping recently revealed to TMZ Sports that he's joining actor Gerard Butler in the upcoming action thriller Den of Thieves.

"I film a part in a movie called Den of Thieves with Gerard Butler in a couple of weeks. I fly down to Atlanta for that," Bisping told TMZ. "We're working on a few things. We've got a few things in the pipeline."

The middleweight champ made quite the splash earlier this year with his villainous turn opposite Vin Diesel in xXx: The Return of Xander Cage. Considering that the film scored impressive numbers at box offices worldwide, another sequel seems inevitable for the popular franchise.

According to Bisping, who contributes to our section, the mixed martial arts star says that it "looks like" a xXx sequel will begin shooting as early as this summer.

"I'm just thinking about me. Things are going well for me," Bisping said. "I think we're filming another one in the summer. Things are going well."

Bisping added that he's become great pals with Diesel and will totally invite the actor to his upcoming fight with GSP.

"Me and Vin are very cool," Bisping said. "We're good friends. He's a great guy."
