Khabib Nurmagomedov has taken to Twitter, yet again, to ask for a fight with lightweight champion, Eddie Alvarez, this time sharing a photo of two, signed UFC contracts (one for UFC 205, one for UFC 206), asking for Alvarez to take his pick.

This whole saga just keeps getting weirder.

Let me break it down for you.

A headlining bout between featherweight champion, Conor McGregor and lightweight champion, Eddie Alvarez was heavily rumored and possibly targeted for UFC 205, but no announcement was made, and reports began to swirl that the negotiations had stalled.

Then, Nurmagomedov popped up out of nowhere, claiming he was offered the fight at UFC 205, and all Alvarez needed to do was sign the contract. UFC president, Dana White confirmed this claim with a tweet of his own.

All the while, Alvarez is calling out McGregor, not Nurmagomedov, and McGregor, in typical McGregor fashion, is sitting back and watching the madness unfold.

It seems that now there are two cards in question, UFC 205 and UFC 206. According to Nurmagomedov, he has signed both and is now waiting on Alvarez.

The UFC has announced that it will reveal the full UFC 205 fight card on Tuesday, Sept. 27, during a press conference at Madison Square Garden, the venue for the historic fight card.
