We are now approaching two years of the Mayweather-McGregor saga, and there are no signs of it slowing down.
Floyd Mayweather celebrated a portion of his 40th birthday watching recently signed TMT boxer Saul "Neno" Rodriguez's Showtime bout. During the telecast, Mayweather gave a brief interview and couldn't help but turn it into a discussion about Conor McGregor.
At this point, all signs point towards Mayweather and McGregor fighting in the near future. However, there are still quite a few hurdles to clear. But, ultimately, this dream fight could be closer to a reality than ever before.
The question now becomes how much money do both fighters stand to make and how interested fans are in watching the glorified exhibition?
