If you thought getting kicked in the gut was bad, wait until you see this gnarly magic trick Criss Angel performed on Paige VanZant's innards for the premiere of his new A&E show Trick'd Up.
After teasing fans with a sneak peek last month, the famed magician released the full clip featuring the UFC strawweight's side-splitting appearance on his upcoming series. While it's clearly not real (right?!?), watching Angel rip VanZant in half is pretty mind-blowing, if you can stomach it (pun intended).
VanZant's appearance on Trick'd Up will air on A&E Wednesday October 12, at 10 pm.
The Team Alpha Male member's latest venture into reality TV comes shortly after her run on ABC's hit reality competition show, Dancing with the Stars. Proving that she has quick feet both inside the Octagon and on the dance floor, the female fighting phenom took second place in the finale.
Her crossover into entertainment hasn't slowed her roll in the cage, either. VanZant made a triumphant return at at UFC on FOX 21 in August, defeating Bec Rawlings with a vicious jumping kick in round 2 that earned a "Performance of the Night" bonus.
Now 7-2 as a pro, the 22-year-old contender doesn't have another match booked yet, although VanZant did tell Brian Stann after her last bout that she wanted to fight again before the end of the year.
"I want to get on that December card in Sacramento," VanZant said.
It would be pretty epic to have her join fellow young guns Sage Northcutt and Mickey Gall on that UFC on FOX 22 card. Maybe her new friend can work some magic.
