Michael Bisping may currently be booked to defend his title against Georges St-Pierre, but the question of who he's actually going to fight next remains as contentious as ever – if you're , at least.

In the past couple of months, "The Count" has seemingly been living a double life as the middleweight champion, first agreeing to fight Romero after he recovered from knee surgery, then accepting and defending his matchup with St-Pierre, then threatening to give GSP's shot to Romero if the former welterweight champion wasn't ready by July.

And now, in a move that is almost certain to give Romero an aneurysm, Bisping has called out Australian slugger as "the only man I'll face" when/if he defeats .

After being called out by Whittaker following his huge win over Jacare Souza at , Bisping made the surprising revelation that he would rather face the man known by some as "Bobby Knuckles" than a "dirty, lying, cheating scumbag" like Romero.

"Listen, I've got no qualms fighting Robert Whittaker," said Bisping on his Believe You Me podcast . "Let's just make that abundantly clear right now because there are some websites that are like 'Bisping hasn't responded'."

The middleweight champion went on to add:

"I'm responding right now because Yoel Romero is a dirty, lying cheating scumbag. If they want to do Whittaker after I've beaten GSP, we can."

"If not, I'll do Romero, whatever," he continued. "I see Robert as a more worthy contender. He stopped Jacare, Romero didn't stop Jacare. And Robert hasn't tested positive for steroids, so really I think it should be Robert next."

The comments are sure to irk MMA fans, and Bisping critics, across the world. But, before Bisping can start finding even more ways to get under Romero's skin, he'll first have to get by one of the most dominant champions in the history of the UFC, which even some of his fellow fighters don't think he'll be able to do.
