UFC interim featherweight champion will have the support of a Justice League member when he steps into the Octagon to face at this weekend.

Aquaman star Jason Momoa gave his fellow Hawaiian a nice shoutout on Instagram this week, calling him an inspiration and a "real super hero." That's a pretty big compliment coming from the King of the Seas.

"Represent the west," Momoa wrote in his post, accompanied by a photo of the interim champ. "Enjoy [every] moment. Take what is yours."

Momoa has been getting more and more involved in the world of mixed martial arts in preparation for his role in DC Comics' upcoming Aquaman film.

The actor has been honing his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts skills leading up to filming, while his co-star Amber Heard has been working on her wushu. Momoa also recently hung out with UFC heavyweight during filming in Australia, and even helped the fighter's crew send him off with an epic haka dance.

Perhaps Holloway and Hunt will channel their inner Aquaman when they step into the Octagon later this month.
